Ho-ho-ho! The holidays are upon us and while I know you ladies are all crushing the Sleigh the Holidays Challenge so far (keep up the inspiring, daily sound-offs on Insta!), and with the holidays comes a ton of fun, family, and food. Three of my very favorite things! But with the parties and food comes temptation and while I'm all for enjoying the holidays without regret, so I want to share some of my favorite holiday treats! Some of you may know that I absolutely love (loved?!) Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, and I have shared my favorite healthy, dare I say more delicious, version here . Well, when I was growing up I always loved the peanut butter blossom cookies (ya know, the ones with the Hershey's kiss on top? Yummmm!), but I knew that there had to be a healthier, even more delicious way to enjoy these treats. I am so excited to share these scrumptious cookies with you!
