PMS Smoothie: Strawberry Coconut Cream Shake

Ingredients

1 cup frozen strawberries

1 cup coconut milk

1 scoop LSF Vanilla Plant Protein

1 scoop LSF Miss Congeniality Mood Boost

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon ground flax seed

1 tablespoon unsweetened coconut flakes

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender (my fav blender is by BEAST Health)
  2. Blend it all up until the consistency is smooth!
  3. Pour into your favorite cup, add a straw, and enjoy!
