Meet Katie,

If you're new to Love Sweat Fitness and just scroll through my Instagram or watch my YouTube videos, you might not know my story. You may think I'm just "one of those girls who has always been fit and healthy."

From the outside I have a whole lot of energy, make you seriously sweat without any equipment and look nice and toned. You think, "there is no way she could have hypothyroidism, have struggled with weight, or have had a 45 pound weight loss transformation," right?

  • How does a subscription work?

    Every new MOVE subscription comes with a 7 day free trial. At the end of that free trial you will be enrolled into the paid subscription you selected when signing up. We have 3 different paid tiers of the MOVE app depending on the cadence you'd like to be billed: Monthly: $13.99 Every 3 Months: $37.99 Annual: $99 (best value!) Please note you are agreeing to be auto-enrolled into a paid subscription at the conclusion of your 7 day free trial. Failure to cancel before the free trial is over will result in auto-enrollment into a paid subscription. MOVE app subscriptions can only be refunded within 48 hours of the charge.

  • Can I cancel at any time?

    Yes! If you signed up on the LSF site, log into your MOVE Subscription portal on our site to make any updates to your subscription. If you signed up through your phone’s App Store, you can manage your subscription directly from the App or the App Store on your phone.

  • Does the app include a training guide?

    The app follows Katie’s 3:1 Method, the workouts are designed to get more challenging each day as you progress. You’ll have 3 strength/circuit focused workouts and 3 cardio based workouts weekly. For cardio days you can either choose 1 of the amazing full length videos in the app or you can choose to do something on your own like a class or outdoor run.

  • Can I do the exercise without equipment?

    Yes! The amount of equipment depends on your level (beginner, intermediate, advanced). Early levels can be done almost entirely with body weight to build endurance, strength, and balance. As you progress, weights and booty bands are introduced to up-level your workouts. The plan itself will progress in difficulty and encourage you to increase weights as appropriate. A set of dumbbells and the LSF booty bands will have you set for success. You can always opt out of using any equipment even if the workout shows to use some workout gear!

  • Is there a beginner level?

    Yes! There are 3 levels of the app to choose from, Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced.

  • Can I use it while traveling?

    Yes 100% It is designed to take wherever you go + is all at home workouts so you can do workouts from anywhere!
