• Do you offer free shipping?

    We do offer free shipping on US orders over $100! Ground only. If your order does not meet the $100 cart minimum, you will be charged a shipping fee based on your state or country of residence.

  • How long does shipping take?

    All orders placed during normal business hours will be processed same day or first thing the following day. Standard shipping is 3-5 business days with expedited options available as well. International orders may take longer depending on courier.These are our delivery options below:

  • Do you ship international?

    Yes! We currently ship worldwide. Please note applicable shipping and customs fees may apply.

  • How do I track my order?

    If you have placed an order and you want to check it's status, you can view this from the email you received from us once it has been shipped. In this email there is a tracking link provided which has the product information, tracking history, text & email updates along with the expected delivery date. If you are unable to locate your tracking link, please reach out to Customer Support for further assistance.

  • I have a problem with a product I received

    If there is a problem with an item you received please reach out to us via our Contact Us form. Our team will help make it right. Please attach any relevant pictures to your email!

  • My order is shipping to the wrong address

    Once your order is placed, there is a very small window (often less than 12 hours) for us to update your address before your order begins processing.

    If your order is currently shipping to the wrong address please contact the carrier for assistance. They might be able to reroute your order. If you still need help please contact our team via the Contact Us form.

  • My tracking has not updated in 7+ days. What do I do?

    This can mean that a package is either delayed or has been lost by the carrier. We recommend waiting at least 5 days from the last tracking update before contacting customer support for additional assistance. After this time, please contact us and we will find a solution.

  • Tracking says delivered, but I did not receive it?

    Sometimes couriers will mark shipments delivered early when they have not yet been delivered. We recommend checking with your neighbors or your local post office first to see if they are holding the package. If your package does not show up within 3 days of the said delivery date, please reach out to contact@lovesweatfitness.com for further assistance.

  • What do I do if my order is damaged during shipping?

    Any missing, damaged, lost, defective, or wrong/incorrect item(s) must be reported within 2 weeks of your delivery date. Please contact our Customer Support team via our Contact Us form and we will assist you in making this right. While we cannot control the delivery process, we are committed to you getting exactly what you expected!  We also encourage you to use our Shipping Protection option during checkout to expedite this process. Please attach any relevant pictures to your email.


  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    All major credit cards. Visa, Master Card, Amex, etc. You can also checkout via Amazon Pay, Shopify Pay, Google Pay and Paypal. We also offer payments with Afterpay.

  • How do I cancel my order?

    You can reach out to our support team, contact@lovesweatfitness.com, and we can take care of that for you as long as your order has not yet been fulfilled.

  • How does the LSF Nutrition Subscription work?

    By purchasing a nutrition product on subscription, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions to be auto-renewed on the date you choose. When initially purchasing the subscription you will have the option to be renewed ever 14 or 28 days. Please note you can login to your subscription portal after purchase to edit your renewal date. You are able to totally customize the frequency you receive your shipments!

Return Policy

  • What is your Return Policy?

    With our Feel Good Promise, we offer free returns or exchanges on all products (except for nutrition eBooks) within 45 days of purchase, no questions asked. Upon returning your item, you will receive a full refund, minus original shipping, to the original payment within 3-5 business days once that item begins in transit.

  • Can I get a refund of my MOVE app subscription?

  • Are the daily workouts really free?

    Yep! You can download the app in the App Store or Google Play stores to access the FREE daily 10 anytime! All of you have to do is create an account.

    With a premium subscription you get exclusive access to the premium workout plan, full length video library, tracking features and all of the fun trophies and more for less than any gym membership!

  • Do I have to have the app to do the fitness challenges?

    Yes, LSF challenges will always take place within the MOVE app! A premium subscription is recommended to take advantage of the entire challenge experience.

  • Do I have to log every workout in the app?

    The app programing is designed to act as your own personal training. Safety and results are Katie’s #1 priority so, the goal is to do each workout, in order, including self care days! Logging each day is how your app knows you’re ready to move to the next week. You must “complete workout” or “skip” every day. Otherwise, it will wait until you complete all workouts in the week before moving you forward.

  • How are the workouts structured?

    Following Katie’s 3:1 Method, the workouts are designed to get more challenging each day as you progress. You’ll have 3 strength/circuit focused workouts and 3 cardio based workouts weekly. For cardio days you can either choose 1 of the amazing full length videos in the app or “sweat solo” and choose to do something on your own like a class or outdoor run.

  • How do I change or cancel my subscription?

    If you signed up through the App Store or Google Play, you can manage your subscription directly from the store. If you signed up on the LSF site, click here to make any updates to your subscription.

  • How do I update levels within the app?

    Go to your profile, then click settings on the top left. From there, you can chose between Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced.

  • How long are the workouts?

    MOVE workouts are designed to be done in as little as 30 minutes. Depending on your fitness level and specific workout we suggest allowing for 30-45 minutes in total.

  • How much does the MOVE app cost?

    Every new MOVE subscription comes with a 7 day free trial. At the end of that free trial you will be enrolled into the paid subscription you selected when signing up. We have 3 different paid tiers of the MOVE app depending on the cadence you'd like to be billed:

    Monthly: $13.99
    Every 3 Months: $37.99
    Annual: $99 (best value!)

    Please note you are agreeing to be auto-enrolled into a paid subscription at the conclusion of your 7 day free trial. Failure to cancel before the free trial is over will result in auto-enrollment into a paid subscription. MOVE app subscriptions are non-refundable.

  • How often will there be new content?

    The app is loaded with over a year’s worth of brand new workouts from the start! We add new workout content (including new videos) on the regular – both in the form of the free daily moves (updated weekly) to the LSF challenges, and obvi new fresh premium subscription workouts multiple times a year.

  • Is any equipment required or is it all body weight?

    The amount of equipment depends on your level (beginner, intermediate, advanced). Early levels can be done almost entirely with body weight to build endurance, strength, and balance. As you progress, weights and booty bands are introduced to up-level your workouts.

    The plan itself will progress in difficulty and encourage you to increase weights as appropriate. A set of dumbbells and the LSF booty bands will have you set for success.

  • Is the app available for Apple and Android?

    Yes! Click here to download for either device.Please note the app will only work on mobile smartphones for the time being.

  • Is the MOVE app for me?

    Absolutely! The MOVE app is for any woman looking to get fit, stay motivated, and transform her life. All fitness levels welcome.

  • Is the MOVE app available on desktop or streaming services?

    As of right now, our MOVE app is only available for download on smartphones. If you are looking to play it on a bigger screen and you have an iPhone with an Airplay compatible television, you may screen mirror onto your television for a bigger view. You can also Chromecast with any compatible device.

  • What should I do if I’m having an issue with the app?

    Our team is always here to support you in your fitness journey. If you experience any issues with the app please try troubleshooting with the actions below first.

    • Log out of app and re-log in
    • Delete the app and re-install
    • Check wifi network connection

  • What about Cardio days?

    You have the option to do a full length video from the app library or sweat solo. Depending on your level and weeks in the app, the program will automatically take you to the appropriate videos for the type of cardio on your schedule (LISS,MISS,HIIT).

  • Where do I download the MOVE app?

    You can find the MOVE by Love Sweat Fitness app in your smartphone's app store. However, we highly recommend creating your LSF account directly through our website, as LSF is unable to facilitate any account actions on MOVE accounts created and purchased through the app store due to Apple and Google's privacy regulations.

  • Are the meals in the meal plans tasty?

    We wouldn’t cook them if they weren't! Healthy eating has a bad rep and we are here to change that. Imagine eating all of your favorite meals and having them be good for you… yep, that's these guides!

  • What type of results should I expect when using your meal plans?

    Our meal plans are generally focused on supporting weight loss. Women using our 4 Week Meal Plan generally see healthy weight loss of 1-3lbs per week. Results may vary based on your specific body and how closely you follow the plan.

  • Can I find the ingredients for the meal plans easily at grocery stores?

    Yes! The ingredients in all meal plans can be found at most local stores with ease or easily modified to fit what you can find. You don’t need to be a top chef here, but you will sure feel like one after tasting these meals!

  • Can I still drink coffee while I'm doing Hot Body Meal Plan?

    Yes! We recommend using unsweetened almond milk and you can add either straight coconut cream and collagen or our Miss Congeniality wellness boost for protein, fat and flavor. In doing that, you basically just “subtract” a serving of fat and protein from my morning snack later.

  • Can I switch up the order of the meals within one day in the Hot Body Meal Plan?

    Absolutely! As long as you stick to everything on the list for that day, you can totally mix it up!

  • Can my s/o or husband do the Hot Body Meal Plan? How do I adjust for them?

    Of course! Just make the portions a bit bigger on everything. For example, giving them about 6oz of a protein instead of 4oz or 2tbsp of almond butter instead on 1.

  • What types of plans do you have for specific dietary needs?

    We have a plan for the most common dietary needs, including; Gluten Free/Dairy Free, Hypothyroidism 101, Vegetarian and Vegan Hot Body Meal Plan + Vegan 14 Day Shape Up Plan.

  • How do I prepare the meals from the Hot Body Meal Plan?

    You can prepare your meals however you’d like! Make them your own by using recipes from the Guiltless Nutrition Guide and adding seasonings, spices, and veggies! Just use the main ingredients on your plan as the foundation.

  • If I’m feeling full, do I still need to eat everything for that day?

    While it’s ideal to eat everything to give yourself enough fuel for your workouts, you absolutely don’t want to force it. Listen to your body!

  • What can I do if I don’t like something on a meal plan?

    Swap it out! You can swap any lean protein for protein, healthy fat for fat or carbs for carbs. If you don’t feel like salmon, swap for chicken. If you’re allergic to peanuts, use a seed butter or swap for another healthy fat like avocado or coconut!

  • What if I need a mix of the meal plans?

    If you are vegetarian and gluten free, we would suggest going with the Gluten Free Version and just making swaps for the proteins. Example, tofu instead of chicken.

    If you have hypothyroidism & also vegetarian, we would suggest choosing the hypo plan and making the necessary protein swaps. Example, tofu instead of chicken.
