• Is it safe to take both boosts every day?

  Yes! Our wellness boosts were designed to be taken daily and include handy scoopers to ensure you're getting the right amount of nutrients and benefits.

• Do the boosts mix well with liquid?

  Wing Woman mixes as you add water and without much stirring. All other boosts need to be stirred into liquid. We recommend our electric whisk, Smooth Operator for clump-free sipping!

• Are they safe to use during pregnancy? Breastfeeding?

  We always suggest checking with your healthcare provider before adding new supplements to your routine, especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding (congrats btw!!) That said, nearly all of the ingredients in LSF Nutrition products are organic and all considered safe in foods.

• Are they vegan-friendly?

  Yes! They are plant-based products and 100% vegan.

• Where do your "natural flavors" come from?

  Our natural flavors come from exactly that, real, natural foods. We are talking wild berry from real berries, chocolate from coco and vanilla from vanilla bean. No fake sh*t here!

• Are your products third party tested? What about for heavy metals?
