LSF Nutrition & Gear Products

We’ve got your back with 45 days on your first order of any physical product to make a return or exchange. And did we mention? Returns are FREE for US customers! Just visit our Returns Center and have your order number handy. Once we receive your return, expect a refund within 3–5 business days.

eBooks

Our guides are digital downloads (no paper, no problem!). They’re non-refundable, but if something’s not working, shoot us an email at contact@lovesweatfitness.com and we’ll help you find something that fits your needs.

MOVE App

App subscriptions are non-refundable, but don’t worry – you get a 7-day free trial (yay!). Cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges, though we’d hate for you to miss the perks! If you signed up via the website, contact us directly for app inquiries. If you subscribed via Apple or Google Play, manage your billing through the respective app store.

Eligibility for Returns

All physical LSF products are eligible for free returns within 45 days of delivery, even if opened or used – on your first order of that product (including your first supplement subscription delivery of that product). This is our way of letting you try something once, risk-free!

Repeat orders of a product you’ve already tried are final sale and aren’t eligible for a satisfaction-based return – unless the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, in which case we’ll always make it right. The same goes for recurring subscription deliveries after your first.

Items become non-returnable on the 46th day after delivery.

Disclaimer: A note on fair use – this policy is offered in good faith so you can shop with confidence. To keep it fair for everyone, LSF reserves the right, at our discretion, to limit, decline, or refuse returns, refunds, exchanges, or orders that are excessive, repetitive, or inconsistent with the intended use of this policy; to limit the number of satisfaction-based refunds per customer, household, address, or payment method; to require a product be returned (or a photo provided) before a refund; and to refuse service, cancel orders, or close accounts associated with a pattern of policy abuse – including accounts we reasonably believe are related across different names, emails, addresses, or payment methods. In some cases a shipping fee may be deducted from your refund. The policy version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order.
