How amazing do these Heart Shaped Peanut Butter Cups look?

PREP TIME: 10 min
FREEZE TIME: 30 min
¼ cup refined coconut oil, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons yacon syrup
¼ cup coco powder
1 mini heart shaped silicone mold or (18-24) mini cupcake wrappers
Mix all wet ingredients together in a small mixing bowl. Add cacao powder and whisk until well blended. Use a measuring spoon to distribute 1/4 teaspoon of the chocolate mixture into each mini cupcake wrapper. Place on a tray and then transport into the freezer.
Peanut Butter Filling
½ cup natural peanut butter
2 tablespoons refined coconut oil, melted
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons Date Paste (see Essentials)
Mix all ingredients together in a small mixing bowl until well blended. Measure out 1 teaspoon of peanut butter filling onto each base chocolate layer. Place in the freezer to set for 15 minutes. Extras can be stored in the freezer for up to 1 month.
A little bit goes a long way with the chocolate sauce. Let the peanut butter be the star of these candies. Peanut Butter Cups are best enjoyed straight from the freezer.
