One week in feelin’ the

I hope you felt LOTS of love last week. The first week is always the hardest, but you did it!!! So… How are you feeling?? It should be getting easier to say no to sugary treats and hopefully you’re noticing that you aren’t even thinking about it as much! That’s the goal here. After this week I know you’re going to feel stronger mentally and physically and those cravings will be a thing of the past! Now let’s get to that…

The schedule it’s so confusing, I click i the first one, and it’s not the first one, plus I can really see the movement that you are making I see the little pictures, but to really see the exercise it’s confusing, or maybe it’s just me, but I can’t follow the program if I don’t understand the excersices

Hi Vanesa, I’m not sure what you mean? The first one is correct when you click on Daily 10. The movements can all be clicked for an enlarged version. Hope this helps!

Place to find full work outs and not just 10 min ?
Also, full shopping guide ? I bought the 4 week transformation but didn’t see workouts in there
