Hi! So I know a lot of you have recently noticed that there have been some changes to the Weekly Workout Schedule. This actually happened during the Sleigh the Holiday Challenge over a month ago!! But I wanted to really explain how it’s going to work. So without further ado…

All the details on the LSF daily 10 method

The LSF Daily 10 is a ten minute daily workout meant to get you moving and get you started on your fitness journey. None of this part is new 😊The Weekly Workout Schedule has always been super quick and impactful workouts. We just have a name for it now!

I landed on this name because I noticed how often girls would overcomplicate the process. Sometimes I noticed you all getting overwhelmed with a bunch of moves in a row. Simplicity is the best when you are just starting out!

All YOU need to do is be prepared to sweat for ten minutes a day. Why ten? Well, when you shoot for ten, you’re still going to get mentally prepped for a workout, minus the anxiety you might get over exercising. It’s just ten minutes! So it’s really intentional: get your head in the game, get your head OUTSIDE all the weird baggage you might have about workouts. Before you know it, you’ll have a daily workout routine you love that you can build on!

So that’s the jist of it. But there are a few FAQ’s I want to cover, too.

Who are the Daily 10 for?

These moves are intended to help you gain confidence around your workouts and build a fitness habit. In other words, the Daily 10 is an AMAZING starting place if you are new to your fitness journey.

These moves are too easy! What should I do?

If you can easily complete over 3 rounds of these moves in ten minutes, you’re ready for a new challenge! Time to get on the Hot Body Sweat Guide plan and build on the amazing foundation you already have.

These workouts are too hard for me. Help!

Be patient with yourself! Your muscles WILL get stronger and you WILL get better. The only way this happens is if you keep showing up. All I am asking is that you do as much as YOU can do in ten minutes. And if that’s ten reps total? Fine! If you can truly say you have done your best, that’s all I would ever want. Bringing your best everyday will bring change. That’s a promise.

Sometimes I don’t know whether to do 10 or 10 each side for certain moves.


What if you are doing the HBSG? Do you do that workout plus the Daily 10?

Yes. You can do the Daily10 as your warm up. Then do the HBSG .

I love these little workouts, perfect for before work. Im thinking i could do another set of them, I mean, another og the weekplans in the afternoon. So running two “mondays” at a time. Then im gonna get the HBSP


Thank you so much for offering this easy to follow, simple, stress free daily workout plan. I have been in such a workout rut, really inconsistent—-sometimes I’ll workout for a week or two and then not again for months. I figured out that a big part of this inconsistency is because I found that planning workouts and what moves to do, when, and how many, and what days was just overwhelming and not fun.
