I know I’m not the only one who patiently waits for peppermint hot chocolate season! There’s just something about it that totally makes it feel like the holidays.
Most of us would probably grab a hot chocolate on the or make a pre-mixed pack at home right? I used to all the time, but those usually have between 25-50 grams of sugar per serving!
Not only is that just way too much sugar, it’s also going to cause you to crave more sweets and potentially disrupt your sleep. Ps if you need some healthy swaps, I have a ton here.

Sleepy Time Peppermint Hot Chocolate
Sip on this about 30 minutes before bed while you watch your favorite Christmas movie!
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 scoops LSF Slumber Party
- 2 tbsp Semisweet dark chocolate chips
- 1/8 tsp peppermint extract
- pinch pink Himalayan salt
- whipped cream and crushed candy canes to top
In a small saucepan whisk together your milk, Slumber Party, Miss Congeniality and salt over medium-low.
Reduce heat to low, add chocolate and peppermint extracts, and whisk until melted and well-combined.
Pour into a mug, top with yumminess and enjoy!
