These treats are easy to make, holiday-approved, and absolutely delicious. Here’s what you need to bake, sip, and enjoy your way through the season.

Peanut Butter Reindeer Print Cookies
Serves: 20
These are everything you want out of a holiday cookie: soft, chewy, lightly sweet, and dipped in full Christmas spirit. They’re made with almond flour, coconut sugar, and rich creamy peanut butter, so you get that nostalgic holiday cookie moment without the crash.
Ingredients
Wet Ingredients
• 1 cup creamy peanut butter
• 2 large eggs
• 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Dry Ingredients
• 2⁄3 cup coconut sugar
• 1 1⁄2 tbsp coconut flour
• 1 cup blanched almond flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• Pinch sea salt
• 20 dark chocolate kisses
Directions

Preheat oven to 375°F and spray a cookie sheet with coconut oil cooking spray.

Add peanut butter, eggs, and vanilla extract to a large bowl and mix well.

Add dry ingredients and stir until smooth.

Scoop a tablespoon of dough, roll between your palms, and place on the sheet.

Gently flatten each cookie.

Bake for 12 minutes or until the edges begin to brown.

Remove from the oven and place a dark chocolate kiss in the center.

Cozy Gingerbread Latte
Serves: 12 (syrup), makes 1 latte
All the warm, spicy gingerbread flavor you love, made with real ingredients and your daily Miss Congeniality Mood Boost for an extra lift. This latte feels like a holiday hug you can sip.
Gingerbread Syrup Ingredients
• 1⁄2 cup molasses (I prefer Blackstrap molasses)
• 1⁄2 cup water
• 1 1⁄2 tsp ground ginger
• 1 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1⁄4 tsp ground cloves
• 1⁄4 tsp ground nutmeg
• 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Latte Ingredients
• 2 tsp gingerbread syrup
• 2 shots espresso or 1 cup dark roast coffee
• 1 cup almond or oat milk
• 1 scoop LSF Miss Congeniality Mood Boost
Gingerbread Syrup Directions

Add molasses, water, and seasonings to a saucepan and bring to a boil.

Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.

Let cool, then store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Latte Directions

Warm your milk in a frother or saucepan to about 150°F.

Add espresso and gingerbread syrup to a mug and stir.

Pour warmed milk over the mixture.

Optional: Top with whipped cream.

Easy Cinnamon Rolls
Serves: 9
These are shockingly simple and unbelievably good. Using pizza dough keeps things beginner-friendly and fast while still delivering that warm, soft, gooey holiday magic. Add the cream cheese frosting and you’ve got the perfect Christmas morning treat.
Roll Ingredients
• 1⁄2 cup coconut oil, melted
• 1⁄2 cup coconut sugar
• 1⁄4 cup all-purpose flour
• 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
• 1⁄2 tsp pure vanilla extract
• 2 lbs. pizza dough (not pre-made crust)
Egg Wash
• 1 egg
• 1 tbsp water
To make gluten-free: Use gluten-free all-purpose flour and gluten-free pizza dough.
Directions

Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9x13 pan.

In a bowl, mix melted coconut oil, sugar, flour, cinnamon, and vanilla.

Flour a board and roll out your pizza dough into a large rectangle, about 1⁄2 inch thick.

Spread the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly.

Roll tightly from the long side and slice into 9 pieces.

Place rolls into the pan with space between each.

Whisk egg and water, brush over rolls, and bake 30–40 minutes until golden brown.

Cool 15–20 minutes before icing.
Cream Cheese Frosting
Ingredients
• 16 oz cream cheese
• 1⁄2 cup pure maple syrup
• 1 tbsp pure vanilla extract
Directions

Bring cream cheese to room temperature.

Mix all ingredients until smooth.

Spread over warm cinnamon rolls and enjoy.
