If you think an occasion Starbucks PSL is okay, think again. Here’s a little breakdown for you .

Medium Starbucks PSL ( this is straight-up, but I promise, non-fat milk isn’t going to make this even remotely better) 

  • 380 Calories
  • 14g Fat
  • 50g sugar (this seriously should be illegal!!!!!!!! The American Heart Associations recommends only 25g A DAY for women!)
  • 14g protein

Medium LSF Guiltless PSL

  • 133 Calories
  • 2g Fat
  • 8g Sugar
  • 19g Protein

BOOM! Take that synthetic, sugar laden, calorie filled Starbucks!

Ingredients:

♥ 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or milk of your choice)
♥ 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
♥ 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
♥ 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup
♥ 1 cup brewed coffee (or 1-2 shots of espresso)
♥ Sprinkle of cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice
