Medium LSF Guiltless PSL
- 133 Calories
- 2g Fat
- 8g Sugar
- 19g Protein
BOOM! Take that synthetic, sugar laden, calorie filled Starbucks!
Ingredients:
♥ 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or milk of your choice)
♥ 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
♥ 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
♥ 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup
♥ 1 cup brewed coffee (or 1-2 shots of espresso)
♥ Sprinkle of cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice
