Desserts. Desserts. Desserts. Yes, there is such a thing as a “healthy” dessert!

ingredients and portion size are key, but there is no reason to deprive yourself when you can feel like you’re indulging a bit, just without the guilt!

I shared these on SnapChat this week and had to post the full recipes for my Peanut Butter Chocolate Nice-Cream, Snicker Protein Bites & Collagen Berry Bomb Protein Popsicles.

The hardest thing for most people to give up is sweets. Sugar is SUPER addictive and causes legit chemical responses in our brains making us feel happy for a moment and then crash, burn and crave it more.

Rip the band-aid and cut it out of your diet.

The less you have it, the less you crave it. That being said, there are times you just want something sweet, but don’t go grabbing artificial “no sugar added” garbage. If you’re going to indulge, make it count.

I’m all about balance, but you have to make sure you are still fueling your body and not setting yourself up for failure. If you’re PMSing and go on a Ben & Jerry’s ice cream binge, it’s not going to end well.

I’ve been there girlfriend and the best thing you can do for your mind and body is drop the carton and use your spoon whip up a quick and healthy dessert alternative.

These are all things you can make ahead of time and store in the freezer. I love anything that can go in the freezer because you really have to think before you eat. You can have some serious self talk during that thaw time

I’m very much craving these things but thankfully I’ve resisted the urge to do so. I had a question about your “treats”. How long should a person wait before being able to “indulge” in these healthier versions of sweets? Obviously they’re incredibly healthy and there should be no consequence. But when is the right… Read more »
