Shrimp Scampi Zucchini Noodles

I love spaghetti squash as a pasta substitute, but it can be a bit time consuming. Zucchini noodles are super easy! They literally only take about3 minutes! This is a perfect dish when you are short on time and want to keep it clean. I made it for Ryan and I during one of my many spiraling tests and it was SO good, I had to share it with you guys! It's my take on a paleo shrimp scampi with zucchini noodles and you can eat it 100% guilt-FREE
