Protein-Packed Meatloaf Muffins

PROTEIN-PACKED MEATLOAF MUFFINS RECIPE

Ingredients
  • 2 lbs Lean Ground Turkey
  • 3 Egg Whites
  • 1 cup Quick Oats (or cooked quinoa for even more protein)
  • 1 Small Onion Chopped
  • 1/4 cup Sundried Tomato
  • 2 tbsp No Salt Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Paprika
  • 2 tbsp Garlic Powder

Directions

  1. Preheat Oven to 375 degrees
  2. Spray muffin pan with olive oil or coconut oil
  3. Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl
  4. Use an ice cream scooper to scoop into balls and drop into muffin tin
  5. Set timer and bake for 40 minutes

*Serving size: 2 muffins*
