Debloating smoothie. Feelin’ the Puff?

Say bye bye to that puffy look and feel after sippin’ on this smoothie! Ingredient powerhouse #1…Chlorophyll!
Chlorophyll?
Didn’t I learn about that in 7th-grade science? Isn’t it in PLANTS? ? Oh, babe, you’re so smart! ? But it’s also great for the people who eat the plants! (Or in this case, the ones who dump it straight into their smoothie!) It helps detox the liver, works as a mild diuretic, and stimulates digestion. Uhm, sign me UP! ?

Spinach, another green gem of goodness. Also known as an amazing leafy green that’s pumped full of potassium which is a debloat powerhouse! Word to the wise: when you’re feelin’ bloated and blah, steer clear of cruciferous veggies like cauli because they produce gas once they’re broken down and will only add to the puffy feeling.
Finally, a banana. This smoothie staple is full of potassium – an electrolyte that regulates body fluid levels) and is the ? QUEEN ? of debloating! YASSS, QUEEN!

Swisse makes a good one!
I’m confused. In the post you say to not use cauli and to use a banana, but the recipe has no banana and frozen cauli. Help?
We updated this recipe for the 5 Day Detox, so follow the recipe as is 🙂 don’t worry about the top.
Can you recommend a good whey protein powder that you like? Possibly a vanilla one for the 5 Day Detox? Thanks so much!
