Ditch the pie and enjoy this AMAZING Creamy Pecan Pie Smoothie instead!

I don’t even know if I like pecan pie, but I LOVE this smoothie! Tastes so good you’ll feel a little guilty drinking it, but you don’t have too! This is a clean, delicious treat you can enjoy anytime!

Ingredients:

1/2 frozen banana

1/4 cup pecan halves

2 pitted medjool dates

1 tablespoon flax meal

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1/2 cup ice

3/4 cup almond milk (or more if needed)

2 scoops Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides 

Directions:

  • In a blender, add pecans, chia seeds and flax and blend until nuts are broken down
  • Add banana, milk, ice, cinnamon, vanilla and dates and blend until smooth
  • Depending on desired thickness, add more milk or ice

Oh ok, it wasnt on the ingredient list so I didnt know how much to put in. Half? Whole?
