Protein pancakes

Ingredients:

♥1 banana

♥2 tbs egg white 

♥1/2c Vital Proteins Organic Grass-fed Whey protein

♥1/4c almond milk 

Directions:

♥ Mix all ingredients together in a blow until it’s the consistency of pancake batter

♥ Pour small amount onto skillet over medium heat

♥ Flip after about two minutes

♥ Top with fresh blueberries, unsweetened coconut flakes and 1tsp of organic grade A maple syrup.

It should be one serving. Protein pancakes are awesome and are so similar tasting to the real thing
