Coconut Blueberry Protein Pancakes

blueberry pancakes healthy breakfast foods Ingredients:

1 banana

2 tbs egg white 

1/2c Vital Proteins Organic Grass-fed Whey protein

1/4c almond milk 

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients together in a blow until it’s the consistency of pancake batter

Pour small amount onto skillet over medium heat

Flip after about two minutes

Top with fresh blueberries, unsweetened coconut flakes and 1tsp of organic grade A maple syrup.
