Healthy Donuts Recipe


You’re getting through this challenge like it’s NBD. Except it really is a BD, because you’re making some huge changes that are going to change your whole life! One such change: adding these donuts into your recipe rotation.

To celebrate, what about a healthy weekend brunch? This weekend, try an AMAZING healthy, totally #LiveGuiltless donut. Drizzle them with melted coconut butter for an extra delicious treat!


  • 1/3 Cup Honey
  • 1/8 t salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 C almond butter
  • 1/2 C cocoa powder
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 t baking soda
  • 1 T vanilla
  • (optional: 3/4 c chopped zucchini
  • - points for extra veggies!)


  1. Combine all ingredients in your blender and run until smooth.
  2. Don't overmix!
  3. Pour into greased donut pan
  4. Bake for 18-20 minutes at 350 degrees or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  5. When cool, top with coconut cream, honey, almond butter - whatever you got! Decorate them to your heart's content, babe.
