Boozy Berry Lemonade Vodka Popsicles

I wanted to make something more festive than a basic berry parfait for our 4th of July celebrations, saw these bottle rocket popsicle molds and BOOM! Boozy Berry Lemonade Popsicles were born.

I know a lot of people who still make jello shots, but seriously….who even likes jello?!? Gross! These are super simple to make and couldn't be more perfect for summer!

I made fresh lemonade which I love because you can use maple syrup or other "better" sweeteners and limit the sugar.(Store bought brands are usually loaded with about 25g of sugar per serving! Not ok!)

I also used Tito's Vodka which is gluten free, but you can use whatever brand you prefer, or non at all if you want to make simple berry lemonade popsicles for the whole fam bam.

If you make some of each, just make sure you label them so you don't end up giving the kids the wrong ones!(They're usually crazy enough as it is!)

Since alcohol doesn't totally freeze, you'll have to go a little light on the booze otherwise you'll end up with a slushy.

I did a mix of raspberries and blueberries in each popsicle for more flavor and colorful fun.
