Easy Overnight Oats | Blueberry Bliss

They're such a great way to make sure you get a protein-packed breakfast, no matter how short on time you are! Most people skip breakfast because they feel like it's too hard to wake up early enough to make something worthwhile. Well…. no more excuses girls!

I made this recipe on SnapChat {LoveSweatAndFit} the other night and had SO many of you messaging for the recipe. Here it is! I have tons of overnight oat recipes so I will definitely share more soon!


  • 3/4 cup Almond or Coconut Milk
  • 1/2 cup Plain 0% Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup (1 scoop) Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 cup Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • 2 tbsp. Chia Seeds
  • 1 tbsp. Unsweetened Coconut Flakes (optional to top in a.m.)
  • 1 tbsp. Slivered Almonds (optional to top in a.m.)
