For the Curtsy Squats, do we do 10 one one side and then 10 on the other side, or do we alternate?
I’m just seeing the LSF Roll Call for Monday not any other days.
Any suggestions on how to handle (knee) injuries? The tuck jump messed with my usually fine knee today.
We would suggest avoiding moves like tuck jumps with a knee issue!
