Hey Boo! It’s Week 2!! This week you’re working your way up to 200 SQUATS! I know your booty is feelin’ it and in a few more days you’re gonna start seeing that beautiful booty poppin’. You’re setting some amazing goals right now so just imagine what will happen when you start adding your HBSG workouts in every day!

Make sure you print your calendar out and check back daily for all the good things! Your booty will be sore, but it will be worth it!

So excited to start the second week of the BOO-ty Challenge! Quick question – a lot of the workouts last week, I felt the burn in the top of my thighs and lower abs instead of my booty. Is that normal? Can’t wait to finish the challenge- so happy I’ve made it this far! 😍

Daily sweat moves are the exercises you do daily like “Each Move x15 (each side) | Repeat x3 (10+ minutes)”
Or if you have the Hot Body Sweat Guide you would do those exercises for your daily exercise.
