I was wondering the same thing, I don’t see them listed either.
The three pictures are the the daily sweat moves. So you do those theee moves 15 times each for a total of three rounds. The squat challenge is just the number they give you and the type of squat

Is the Bonus not always an exercise? Like Thursday is talking about a soup? The word Bonus seems like it’s a link to something else but it doesn’t go anywhere.
That’s correct. The bonus is exactly what it says for each day under the workouts. Not always an exercise. They are “bonus” because they’re extra fun things to post on Instagram that day! And no there isn’t supposed to be a link. She just changes the colour of the letters to make them stand out.
I plan to get a more rounder and more lifter booty for this challenge
On Wednesday do we do 45 each leg or 45 total?
I have a problem overdoing things often….
45 total!
It’s an odd number though…so 46 total, 23 each side?
So excited to start the second week of the BOO-ty Challenge! Quick question – a lot of the workouts last week, I felt the burn in the top of my thighs and lower abs instead of my booty. Is that normal? Can’t wait to finish the challenge- so happy I’ve made it this far! ?

Daily sweat moves are the exercises you do daily like “Each Move x15 (each side) | Repeat x3 (10+ minutes)”
Or if you have the Hot Body Sweat Guide you would do those exercises for your daily exercise.
