Setting goals is one things, but making sure you reach them is a whole different challenge. There is an easy way to make sure you crush your goals this year and I’m giving you all the secrets to reaching your resolutions.
The Workout (15 minutes)
Happy New Year’s Boo! Heading into the new year I can’t stress enough how important it is to warm-up before you start any workout (especially the HBSG). Do this warm-up routine first, then hit the moves below.

How to Ditch the Holiday Bloat
There are a few quick ways to get rid of that lingering belly bloat. They’re easy to do and go perfectly with your new year weekly workout schedule. Get my top tips to ditch the holiday bloat and get back on track stat!
Fridays are for a quick, but super effective full body workout so you can get it in before meeting the girls for happy hour… I mean, green juices! 😜 We’re taking the moves you’ve done throughout the week and putting them into this quick 20 minute circuit so you can sweat it out and get on with your weekend!

Yes! Ok girls you’re one week into the New Year and have totally been killin’ it. Buuuut, taking time to rest is just as important as your workout days, so soak it up! A good rest day allows your muscles to rebuild and repair and gives you the time you need to fully recover before starting week 2!
I prefer active rest days because they help you keep your new healthy habits consistent, increase flexibility and mobility and still give you all the benefits of rest. Checkout the HBSG for deets on the best active rest days!
