On Monday, December 4th we’re kicking off a new holiday tradition. Our FIRST EVER LSF 21 Day Sleigh the Holiday Challenge!
It takes 21 days to create a new habit and this challenge is going to help you do just that! With Christmas right around the corner it’s time to take control and sleigh! This is your chance to finish off 2017 feeling stronger and more confident than ever, ready to rock 2018 like nobodies business.
