You ladies have been totally crushing week 3 of our #LSFsleigh challenge! I am so proud of you! I know we all have a lot coming up on the calendar, but we don't want to let the last 3 weeks of hard work go to waste! So, let's spend some time focusing on our waist with this total belly toner!
These exercises are perfect for those lazy days between Christmas and New Years. Or try them out to give you that extra pep in your step as you step into that tight lil number for New Year's Eve!
Spend some time getting your sweat on and feel more confident than ever for whatever is on your calendar! Just do 4 rounds of these 4 exercisesand get ready to rock those abs!
The Workout: Total Jingle Bell-y Toner
Lateral Plank Walks x 10 each direction (works entire core)
Passé Single Leg Crunch x 15 each side (targets lower abs/belly pooch)
Side Plank Toe Taps x 10 each side (targets obliques & trims waistline)
Scissor Kicks x 20 (targets lower abs/belly pooch)
