Mallorca. If you took Cabo, Beverly Hills and Ibiza and mixed them all together you would get Palma, Mallorca.

It is such a unique and beautiful city… I hadNOidea!

Incredible cathedrals, palaces and a perfect mix of old and new. Great shopping, ridiculous restaurants and the cutest outdoor cafes so far

We're staying at Sant Francesc Hotel SingularDefinitely necessaryafter the aribnb's.Don't get me wrong. I loved our flats, but there is something about a nice hotel that can't be beat!

It's in a cute square next door to a gorgeous old cathedral. You could see the entire city from the rooftop pool. Perfect spot to call home for two nights.

My Workouts in Mallorca

There's a gym!

If you been reading the blogs on Barcelona& Ibizayou know gyms have not been a part of my trip so far.

My body isSOREADY FOR DUMBBELLS!

What you see is what you get. The gym is TINY and basically in the cellar, but it works!

Ryan keeps calling me "no break Katie!" I've been running us through some of the workouts that will be in my LSF Hot Body Sweat Guide, without takingANYbreaks!

Weights. Sprints,Circuits. Ahhhhhhhh! They were tough, but much needed!.I shared one on Instagramyou can check out too!

Aaaand we're still hitting those morning abs and walking everywhere!

What I Ate

I had a lot of "the best meals of my life" on this trip, but they all started in Mallorca (Exception being the goat cheese salad in Ibiza!)

Mallorca is known for it's almonds, olives and seafood.YES. YES & YES!

Instead of telling youeverywherewent, I'm just going to share the best of the best so you know where youHAVE TO GOwhen you visit!

Normally we would venture out, but the hotel breakfast was on point.. They had EVERYTHING you could imagine. Tons of fruits, breads, cheeses, meats, yogurts, juices, milks, eggs, vegetables. If you've seen it on a breakfast menu before, it was here.Perfection!

KOA

I had Grouper baked with herbs and lemon in parchment papers with grilled veggies on the side. Ryan and I shared some octopus as an app and craft cocktails. Happy Camper!

Sa Roquetta

How Ryan even found this place I will never know. It was a tiny little restaurant a bit off the beaten path down by the harbor. There was maybe 10 tables tops and clearly only locals. The ownergreeted us and welcomed us in as if we were athis house. It basically is.Totallyfelt like it since we casually sat down to eat a few tables away with his grandson after chatting with us.

We had grilled squid that was perfectly cooked and swimming in fresh lemon, chunks of garlic and olive oil. We shared a seafood Paella that was out of this world. There are a lot of places in Spain that make "paella," but only a few thatREALLYmake paella. You could taste the time, care and freshness in this one for sure!

Other Things To Do

Explore the streets, Castles, Cathedrals and Cuevas Del Drach (underground caves!) They were super touristy, but work the experience.

We are moving cities about every 2-3 days. Early morning flights make it hard to get a workout in. I'm making sure we get serious city walking in on those days to make up for it!
Tomorrow we head to Sevilla and how some more awesome restaurants and bars on the to-do list. I justLOVE FOOD!I may not be sticking to the whole "avoid bread and cheese" thing, butI'm winning on the"no fried foods!"
