Barcelona | My Weight-Loss, Workouts + Food

Barcelona. The city is known for their Cava (Spanish version of Champagne).

It's delicious and ridiculously cheap. So obviously we had to enjoy a few glasses each day.You can't have grilled octopus without some cava…it just wouldn't be right!

You can see my travel goals in last weeks blog, but here's how it's gone so far….

My Workouts in Barcelona

Proud to say my workouts have been on point. I ALWAYS make us get it donebefore anything else. It'seasier to relax and enjoy yourself without it hanging over you all day.

I've done my300 absand the NEW abs song challengeeach daybefore heading out for a run. It's feltmore like intervals trying to run through the streets…Starting and stoping every few blocks, but that's actually even better! Honestly thebest way to see the city, get a good calorie burn all at once.

We're renting a flat at the top level of an historic building. Yes, there's an elevator, but I've made a commitment to myself to not use it. I will only take the stairs,NO MATTER WHAT!

Let me tell you…they're some seriously intense stairs (about 250 of them to be exact)!

In addition to the abs, run and stairs, we've also been walkingEVERYWHERE!If I had to guess I would say 4-5 miles a day.

Believe me… I'm working to find that balance and meet my goal!

Tonight we are off to a FCB Barcelona vs. Celtics game. I've heard they are insane! Super excited!

Tomorrow we are off! Jetting of toIBIZAfor a few days and I can't wait! It's so gorgeous ( this is our second time going there) and you know Ryan LOVES house music! Lots of beachside dancing in my future!
