I decided to change up my workout schedule, and strangely enough, the daily 10 schedule goes with it almost perfectly.
Hi, so is it okay if we don’t download the app because it takes up space on my device. Can you just keep posting things on the website?
We will be posting the workouts on the blog for a bit longer, but eventually all workouts will move to the app 🙂
The app is also only about 55 mb in size, it’s very small
umm, well the thing is it also never loads it says loading but doesnt

We released a new update today that corrects the loading issue 🙂

I agree! I don’t like some of the limitations of the app, hard to see and you can’t see the whole week or the previous days. The app is great generally but a website is more reliable. Ideally they would continue to offer both options! LOVE the LSF10!!! Also I do find it generally confusing on where to get the weekly ten each day/week, they aren’t dated and there doesn’t appear to be a direct link to consistently go to so you know you are on the right/latest day/week. Great content and team responsiveness though! Thanks for considering.

The app updates the daily 10 each day so you will always have a fresh set of 3 moves when you go in to get your sweat on 🙂
The app does not seem to be working. It is stuck on the same daily workout, there is no way to switch exercises for the daily workout. I purchased the yearly option but am about to cancel it if I can’t use it.

Can you go back to including what body part you’re working on each day?
Yeah, why is it not there anymore? I like to look at my week and see which parts I’ll be working each day .
The daily 10 moves are different every single time I open the app and they are not the ones that are here on the blog.
This hasn’t changed even after the latest update I did. It’s really confusing.. What should I do to fix this?
We are working to correct this, but you can do the moves either here or the app each day.
