If you miss a day (I know..tsk tsk), do you suggest starting from the workout you missed or just picking up on the day it actually is?? Thank you! I never know and get a little dejected when I’ve fallen behind.

I will be doing Saturday’s easy Ab video once every hour at home, while I’m packing and getting ready for my Vaca to Maui. I love this video! I will def be doing this when I get back to work!! Very clever, Katie!!
