The Workout
Yes you can work your abs every day and I do! I always do a few ab exercises to strengthen my core before a cardio workout so let’s do it together today!
Do the exercises below + 30-60 minutes of your favorite LISS Cardio workout. Get outside and take a walk, go for a hike, hit your favorite dance class or zen out with some yoga flow.

The Workout
Today we’re working the abs + arms. If you follow the HBSG you’re used to seeing these two body parts paired together. It’s the best way to build lean muscle and burn fat in these two super tricky spots.

Get ready to #LSFsleigh fat away with this 30 minute HIIT cardio workout. High Intensity Interval Training strengthens your body, increases endurance and burns serious calories for hours after you’re done sweating! You can 100% ditch the treadmill and do this workout outside (that’s my favorite way!). Make sure you really push yourself during the sprints and walk it off in the rest time.

I’m done with day 4, and boy is my body hurting! Am I supposed to do that video more than once, because man that was tough! lol.
I’d like to know that too. Are we to do the video more than once? I haven’t even done the song challenge yet and I’m sooooo sore OMG my abs hurt so bad…It hurts when I laugh, cough or sneeze, but I love it!!
Listen to your body and do as much as you can 🙂 More is great, but only when you have built up to it. One time is tough for sure! Way to go xoxo

I’m very excited about this challenge! I just barely purchased the HBSG (the first one) and I am a little confused about how to use it. Before the 2.0 came out, you would give specific workouts, like Week 1 Day 3 in addition to the daily 10. Now it just says cardio, or abs and arms. Can I still use the HBSG1.0?
Yes! You will definitely get the best results with the HBSG! Regardless of what week you are on in the HBSG, every Monday is legs + booty, Wednesdays are always arms + abs, and so on. For example, if you are just starting the HBSG today, you would do W1D1 legs + booty. Hope that helps!
