Oh girl, do I have some lower body stretches for you! If you’ve ever done a live workout or video in the app, you know these are my go-to moves to recover! And no matter what your workout routine looks like, it’s super important you focus on recovery.
Some recovery tips
Lately I feel like I am constantly sore, but I kind of love it…. It’s like a constant reminder of all the hard work I’ve been doing, but there’s a fine line between good sore, and “I can’t move” sore.
First things first, if you’re not foam rolling after your workouts, you need to change that Grab your foam roller while you’re body is still warm and roll on! It’s one of the most effective ways to relieve sore muscles. Pop on out when you’re watching TV and give yourself a little roll-out. It feels sooooo good and will help improve flexibility and mobility.
