Can I just say how much fun I'm having reading your comments and double-tapping your IG posts?! You guys are going for it in a big way for Spring Slim Down , and over here at the LSF HQ, we are so into it. I especially love seeing you getting your besties on board to slim downwith you ! No better way to stay strong all month long.
I know you've seen these babes in the new SSD Video and you'll be seeing them a whole lot more throughout the challenge.

Tell us about yourself:
I love to laugh and live out loud! My biggest passions are dance, music, fitness, fashion, sports, the beach, travel and hanging with my squad! I am a certified dance fitness instructor, and my New Year's resolution was to start posting my dance workout choreography on YouTube to inspire and share my passion with others (checkout my channel Ali Rose ?).
I believe working out should be FUN above everything else. Use that as motivation!! My husband and I met at USC, and we have a two-year-old daughter who keeps us crazy busy! I actually met Katie when we were both teaching group fitness classes at the same gym, and it was totally meant to be! So thankful to have her as my bestie!
How would you describe your body type
I definitely have an athletic body type, but have to watch my problem area…my mid section!
Your biggest fitness struggle
By far my biggest struggle would be finding time to work out when I am a tired mommy all day err day! I have currently found my groove because my daughter naps (hallelujah), so I definitely take advantage of that time for myself and then try to cram all other chores, work and activities around that! And, I have to say now that I have gotten into this routine of exercising daily I have WAY MORE energy! Bodies in motion stay in motion!
Favorite Healthy treat
Not sure if Katie would agree this is healthy BUUUT I love a fro-yo. If I'm feeling extra naughty I'll top it with some almond butter and dark chocolate chips!? Drooling just thinking about it! But really anything in Katie's cookbook I love like her chocolate peanut butter bites …my husband would agree!
Your workout routine
I am super active and pretty much love all types of fitness! Cardio Dance Fitness is by far number one because it blends my passion for exercise with my love of dance. I'm currently doing Hot Body Sweat Guide which has totally transformed my body! I am probably the most toned I have ever been in my life and this ispost baby ! Like Whoa! On cardio days, I'm usually dancing around and choreographing new workouts, meeting Katie for a girls hike or hitting the treadmill!
Why you're loving the Spring Slimdown
I am so fired up about the Spring Slimdown because I am super competitive and love giving myself new fitness goals! Girls, I've tried all the workouts out and let me tell you…they are so fun and you're going to be totally sore! It's always great to mix up your routine, and Katie definitely keeps things interesting! I'm also loving the newbooty bands which you can use throughout the challenge! I am heading out to the desert in a few weeks for Coachella and am definitely using the challenge (and meal plan) to get me feeling a lil extra saucy in my festival attire!

Tell us about yourself!
I was born and raised in Southern California. I love living by the beach and am a true beach girl at my core. I have 4 sisters and I'm lucky to consider them my best friends. I am the co-founder/editor in chief of Style Report Magazine @stylereportmag , a SoCal based Style magazine that a run with my oldest sister, with the core mission to bring you great Style, keep you up to date on global fashion and beauty trends, with a splash of lifestyle, all while supporting local and small businesses.
How would you describe your body type
I would say that my body type is curvy. If I was going to give it a shape I would say hourglass. My waist is the smallest part of my body and I definitely have a booty and legs. I am also pretty petite. I am only 5'3″!
Your biggest fitness struggle
My biggest fitness struggle is keeping myself on a schedule. I work for myself and my schedule is all over the place and I often don't make enough time to get a workout in.
Favorite Healthy treat
If I am craving something sweet but want to keep it healthy my go to is berries (normally strawberries or raspberries) and a few small pieces of dark chocolate with high % of cacao.
Your workout routine
Does dancing around my house every night count as a workout routine??I'm not a big fan of going to the gym. I can motivate myself to workout in my house more than to go to the gym, unless it's a class, which Is why I love TeamLSF and the HBSG . Once or twice a week I do a work class, Zumba yoga or bar. At home workout at least 3 times a week and I also try to get in a beach trail walk or jog.
Why you're loving the Spring Slimdown
I'm excited about the LSF Spring Slim Down one, because I always love working out with Katie, of course! And two, because I've gotten off my workout routine over the past few weeks and it's the perfect excuse to get back on track just in time for swim suit season!
Chances are you're going to identify most with one of us more than the others…and I LOVE that! You're part of this LSF Workout crew too, babe, and I want you to picture yourself (and your bestie!) right up there with us. There is a place for absolutely everyone here in #TeamLSF
