So excited to start the CTCT challenge. Would it be possible to please put every day’s move in the form of a GIF instead of just a picture? Just in case there’s an exercise we are not familiar with. The App doesn’t work on my phone so I can’t access anything via the App.

Hi Emily, the best way to get the most out of the challenge is in the app, but you for sure still can! You have your full CTCT 21 day calendar with workouts you can print out, then you have the YouTube videos on the blog here.

It’s 21 reps of each exercise. However, if it’s something alternating like bicycles or today’s heel reaches for example, it will be 42 as 21 on each side 🙂
