Hi Emily, the best way to get the most out of the challenge is in the app, but you for sure still can! You have your full CTCT 21 day calendar with workouts you can print out, then you have the YouTube videos on the blog here.

Hiii! So excited voor the CTCT challenge! How many times should we do every ab exercise? I was trying to find it somewhere but I couldn’t 😉
Hi Puck! It’s all on your CTCT calendar 🙂
It’s 21 reps of each exercise. However, if it’s something alternating like bicycles or today’s heel reaches for example, it will be 42 as 21 on each side 🙂
