My Crop Top Crunch Time Goal
I have the"Abs Are Made In the Kitchen"wallpaper up as my lock-screen right now. My goal? To do the Hot Body Meal PlanWeeks 2-4 during the challenge and I want you to do it with me! The more of us doing it at the same time, the more support we get! I know I'm not the only one who could use the extra push right? Keeping our nutrition on point during this challenge is the KEY to seeing the best results. And we are stronger together!
Yes I have abs (even though I used to think it was impossible!) And now that I've come so far, my body kinda hangs out is a good comfortable place. That said, I know if I wasn't following the LSF Nutrition Planas my general lifestyle I would definitely not see the same level of definition in my abs! So get on it girl!
