Have you checked out your LSF Sweat Starteryet? Do that first, then get your sweat on!
The belly pooch is the worst. I swear it can come and go 10 times in a day depending on what you're eating. This workout will help you lose the bloaty belly pooch from the weekend so you can feel back on track this week!

These are moves every girl needs to do! They will tone and strengthen the back of your arms and shape your back so you can feel confident in ANYTHING you wear this summer!

As promised you're going to be seeing lots and lots of ab exercises this week! Make sure you stretch out your core when you're done too!

A little HIIT never hurt nobodyYou'll be a hot mess after this, but will be feeling sexy and strong when you're done!

Oooooh girl… It's time! Today's workout is going to have you sweatin' something serious! If you have the Hot Body Sweat Guide, in addition to your workout today I want you to do theHot Body 100.Yep, you know the one. This is your moment to show yourself just how strong you are!!
#1 LSF RULE: Sweat Before you Sip!!
If you don't have the guides, I have a challenge for you… Today is all about the booty. I want you to see how many squats you can do in 5 minutes.
They can be traditional squats, sumo squats, grand plié squats, squat jumps, ANY kind of squat you want! You can do the same stye or mix them up, just keep moving!

On Saturdays we sip green juice and chill. You deserve a lighter workout today so find your comfiest sweats and do this couch workout!
