Have you ever struggled to figure our what to eat after a workout? The right post-workout snacks are crucial for muscle recovery, replenishing your energy and getting results, but it can be hard to know what the best post-workout foods really are.
What You Need
When it comes to refueling your body after a workout the main things you want to look for our healthy carbs and proteins. I always recommend aiming for 20g of carbs and 20g of protein so your body can make sure all your hard work pays off!
These are some of my favorite healthy post-workout snacks that you can easily make at home or grab on the go after a serious sweat sesh.
Almond Butter Stuffed Dates
These little powerhouses are a perfect blend of natural sugars and healthy fats. The natural sweetness of dates paired with creamy almond butter creates a mouthwatering combination that's rich in fiber, protein, and essential nutrients.
I always recommend adding 1 scoop of LSF plant protein in water or milk on the side to get your 20g protein.

Cinnamon-Sprinkled Apple Slices with LSF Plant Protein
