I feel my absolute best when I'm sticking to my LSF plan. I know that 90% of the time I am nourishing my body so I can burn fat, build muscle and totally #liveguiltless. It makes it easier to enjoy the holiday parties (aka the cookies and cockatils) without stressing about every little bite or sip I take. That is what the LSF lifestyle is all about. BALANCE! Being able to live a life you love every single day!

Happy Monday babe! This week we're sweatin' for Santa! Christmas is only a week away and you're going to feel your best ever come Christmas Eve!

Ryan and I had our annual party on Saturday.It started 6 years ago as a standard ugly sweater party and has morphed into a total costume contest situation. So fun!

We dressed up, laughed like crazy and spent the night toasting to this amazing year with friends.BTW….after all those toasts I am so ready to crush this week!

If you've been following along with me doing the challenge and the HBSG, today we're starting Week 8! This week is no joke and it's the perfect way to give you that extra push you need to finish strong!

Avocado Toast

We can't say enough about this. I know it's nothing new… variations of avocado toast have been flooding IG streams for years, but it is so perfect in it's simplicity. Healthy carbs, healthy fats and veggies. Yes Please!

Ingredients:

  • Sprouted Grain Bread
  • 1/4-1/2 small avocado
  • Sliced heirloom tomatoes
  • Fresh basil
  • Fresh Rosemary
  • Spirinkle of salt & pepper

Sleigh those calories away! Today is all about the slow burn. Low Intensity Steady State Cardio (LISS) is the ONLY time your body is burning directly into your stored fat.Crazy right?That's why getting the right balance of cardio and strengthening circuits like in the HBSG is so important.
