This is so huge, and that’s why we talk about it all the time! We have detailed instructions here, but the biggest thing to know is this: we want to be able to SEE your transformation! That means it’s super helpful if you are wearing the same clothes in the same place, with the same lighting. Also, don’t try and take these photos in your baggiest sweats — if we can’t see your transformation, we won’t be able to tell how hard you worked. It’s also important to show your face. First off love #LSF! I’m having a problem with a public Instagram, I thought it was going to be girls only and posted “transformation” photos in sports bras and yoga shorts – something I would NEVER do outside of this super supportive LSF community. Now I have dudes commenting and liking, etc… I didn’t want men being able to see those photos. I can’t keep a public Instagram if random dudes are going to be able to see that, or at least would’ve liked a heads up. How can I still be apart of the community if I don’t want… Read more »

Hey Darshane! So happy to have you part of the LSF team. Totally understand how you are feeling. Of course anything that is posted to a public site is available for anyone to find. It really depends on if you are using general hashtags, which people can search and find you. If you only use the LSF hashtags, you shouldn’t have too many random people finding you, but of course it’s possible. You can always make your account private and follow lots of LSF girls who then can see your posts, but we encourage everyone to keep the accounts public… Read more »
