With Valentines just a few weeks away, there couldn’t be a better time to focus on LOVE! Self love, body love and spreading lots and lots of love!
This challenge will give you everything you need to ignite an unconditional love for yourself like you’ve never known. It’s about falling madly, deeply in love with yourself so you can live your best life ever, feeling stronger and more confident from the inside out.

Over the next two weeks you’ll be challenged mentally, physically and emotionally. It will be a month of amazing reflection and tons of growth and I’ll be right there with you on IG and IG stories every step of the way. If you ever feel discouraged, you have thousands of TeamLSF women that have your back and are here to lift you back up on your feet. And when you’re crushing it, we will be there to cheer you on. We sweat together, we celebrate together and we share all the love with each other!
