It’s officially my fave time of year, and I cannot contain my excitement!
We are heading into WEEK 3 of the SLEIGH THE HOLIDAY Challenge, and I have a lil present to kick off December: a fresh and festive playlist full of winter jams! It has a little chiller tempo than normal, but that does not mean you can take a holiday from your goals.
For all my HBSG babes, take this time to increase your weights and resistance making your movement a bit slower than usual! For all my other Sleigh babes, try using more deliberate movements (squeeze your muscles tighter, get deeper, bigger and more controlled throughout your workout)!
