Yes girl! It’s time to kickoff the 14 Day BOO-ty Challenge with #TeamLSF! We’re bringing you all the booty toning moves, plus mini SQUAT CHALLENGES each day to help you get that booty woke 😜And because we are all about loving and supporting each other, we’re also giving you a BOOTY BONUS each day with fun ways to de-stress, stay active, and meet new LSF babes!

The goal for the Challenge is 200 in 2! We will be adding on a few squats each day and making our way up to 200 on the final day!

Make sure you print your calendar out and check back daily for all the good things! You’re booty will be sore, but it will be worth it!

The three pictures are the the daily sweat moves. So you do those theee moves 15 times each for a total of three rounds. The squat challenge is just the number they give you and the type of squat
