You girls blew me away with your love and support of one another and your incredible progress during the 8 week Summer Shape Up . It was beyond anything I ever expected and you should be SO proud of yourself! I know I am!
As you know, we have a trip to California with 3 girls names on it, but you made it so hard to choose just 3!! I wish I could bring every single one of you out here (future LSF retreat?) but for now, I wanted to share the girls who won the trip to join us this November 7th-9th.

The two babes are #LSFgoals! They’ve both had amazing LSF transformations inside and out and have been your biggest cheerleaders throughout the challenge! It’s one thing to motivate yourself to push through, but it’s a whole other thing to be cheering other women on all day every day to reach their goals. Both Natasha and Alicia were amazing role models to all of #TeamLSF and we’re so excited to have them join us!
