Hi Katie, thank you for posting these workouts! How do I estimate calories burned by each workout without using a heart rate monitor?
So glad you’re loving them Amy! Calories burned with vary person to person and depending on how fast your moving, weights you add etc. That said, on average for a moderate to high intensity workout you can expect to burn around 10calories per minute
