I travel a lot for work, so the thought of being away from home so long and all the things I have to do when I get back stresses me out. Thanks for the tips!!!
My biggest stressor at the moment is buying a house. It’s one of the biggest decisions! And I also despise moving!
My number one stresser in my life lately has been work! I have to wake up at 4:30 am and I hardly ever get to bed on time because of the piles of paperwork to complete !
Also, thanks for the playlist girl!
I definitely would say academics can be stressful! I definitely learn differently, but I make sure to use my learning differences to my advantage, and of course, not let it define me! This certain stress definitely has helped me build resilience and a good work ethic! Thanks for tips. 🙂
Most of my stress comes from my job. We’re crazy busy and there is a lot of tension between co-.workers.
I hate when things that should go smoothly because they are easy/simple go horribly wrong. I.E. – simple grocery store run for milk and there’s no milk at the store. Big stuff I can handle, it’s the simple things that become difficult are my stressor.
Right now work stresses me out the most.
Right now, my #1 stressor is job interviews. I get so stressed the night before just thinking about what questions they’re going to ask or what I’m going to say. You never know if you’re going to be walking into a room with just one interviewer or an entire board at the table!
I am a college student so my exams and class in general stresses me out. I’ve found working out to help me stress less, but sometimes it can be hard to balance it all.
Right now, the cause of my stress is the end of my maternity leave. Planning to go back to work, and then knowing I’m leaving my baby girl at a daycare with strangers caring for her is driving me a little batty!
Not having enough time in the day to complete all the things I would like to get done!
I work in an office with all men, I’m the only female peer, they can get a bit loud or obnoxious at times and it would be great to pop in headphones and zone out to my work listening to the recommended relax music you posted!
Hey girl! I think my number one stressor is mornings!! Getting up, working out, getting kids ready and out the door can be so stressful some days. I need to remember to take a moment and breathe.. 🙂 will be following your anti-stress playlist for some help. XOXO
I’d say my biggest stressor in life is probably time. I’m working so hard on trying to maintain a balance and making time for everything that’s important to me. It’s definitely difficult to keep up with family & friends and make time for fun while putting yourself first and focusing on your health/weight loss goals! I’m up for the challenge though. And Katie, you’re videos, playlists, motivation are wonderful. Thank you!
My biggest stressor right now is money (trying to save for a vacation in October) and work. I’m not able to get my 8 hours of sleep because my husband works graveyards. ?
The number 1 thing that stresses me out is figuring out what I want to do with my life. I’m currently stuck between being a doctor or a nurse which consists of studying a lot of pre exam books. I also scheduled a day to shadow both a doctor and a nurse. It’s been super stressful considering I’m 20 and if I choose the doctor route I’ll be out when I’m 30.
Right now my number one stressor would have to be that my husband and I are about to start building our house! And we’re living with my in-laws!
school is definitely super stressful for me, especially now, finals!
My big stressor at the moment is trying to find some motivation to go to the gym. I feel angry at myself because I don’t see any changes happening in my body. Lack of motivation plays a big role for me. Help please 🙂 (I love music) Thanks for the tips.
Today, wedding planning is stressing me out. I can’t do anything else until ONE part gets completed by someone else and waiting around is stressing me out! I am such a go-getter and want to complete as much as possible early because I work a lot and the more that gets done early, the better!
We have found out that one of our kids has a mental disorder so figuring out therapies and medication and new school programs to accommodate her needs and adjusting her home life is really stressing me out.
My biggest stress currently trying to find a way to keep a healthy balance of everything between friends, relationships, work, and exercising! Sometimes I feel like there are just not enough hours in the day to tackle it all. Thanks for all your tips Katie! Love your website.
The number one thing that stresses me out is honestly trying to just plan out my schedule and make sure I get my workouts in while still getting enough done throughout the day!
My kids!! I love em but they make me crazy sometimes!!
trying to juggle schedules for four active kids as well as my own work schedule.
Bills! Managing, paying, all that adulating stuff.
when I have too much on my to-do list it stresses me out! ?
I used to struggle with migraines when I was stressed, and Calm was literally my life saver!! The main thing that stresses me out is big exams/tests for school. It usually makes or breaks your grade.
My number one stresser is just learning to balance it all. Work, becoming a health coach, working out..some days other things just win out and I have to learn to go with the flow.
I am currently working on my PhD and I start my dissertation this summer… So you can imagine my stressors! Haha!
Raising 2 boys stresses me out. They’re still young (8 and 3), but I want to ensure they grow up to be successful, confident and respectful individuals. Peer pressure is rampant, but trying to keep my helicopter/tiger-mom tendencies in-check is also trying my nerves 🙂
Where to start… studying for boards, getting a workout in, not being prepared (meal prep), and everything that happens to pop up in between. I am starting to do a little more yoga stretches and just take a few minutes for myself to free my mind and get some good stretches to help get the air in and blood flowing. I am always looking for new ways to help me clear my mind of stress.
Work is definitely my no 1 stressor and It always seems to affect my sleeping pattern as I wake during the night and can’t get back to sleep and when I eventually do the alarm goes off ⏰
I like Nature’s Way PMS Formula supplements… I’m going to give Calm a try though! 🙂
My biggest stressor currently is working on my masters. I am in the final weeks of work and the dissertation is killing me. It also doesn’t help that I am a single mother of a son who is super active in sports, which is my fault for signing him up, but the nonstop practices and games on top of school work has me on the verge of breakdowns. And then that causes my endometriosis to flare up!
My number one stress in life is work. I work in customer service, so not only are the screaming customers stressful, often the office politics are also very challenging.
Forgot to add… My number one stressor right now is both of my son’s playing sports. I love it but it is very time consuming and it’s harder fitting in my workouts and eating healthy!
My #1 stressor is BIG papers due in college! Being a college student and working isn’t easy, nor is trying to fit working out into my schedule which is why i love your work outs!
Work!!!!
Work and kids are stressful!
I get stressed out a lot during my week because I run back and forth from two jobs , running errands, trying to keep up with my meal plan and gym time ! And on top of all of that I just finished my EMT class so I’m STUDYING a lot for the test !!! So thank you so much for the advice on the calming tea, in defiantly getting some of that ! ?
Finals for school, on top of working full time, maintaining a social life, and of course, working out!
My biggest stressor recently has been work!
The number one thing that stresses me out this time of year is not enough time for all the fun stuff going on, I have so much to do and still need to try and keep my life together and get to the gym, so hard to manage it all and still have fun
Currently the biggest thing causing all my stress is trying to get a final floor plan for the house we’re trying to build. Also, trying to get my husband and I’s thought to align about it….YIKES!
What stresses me out is life itself. LOL. I am a full time working mother with grandchildren plus my husband works construction. It is up to me to keep the house running smoothly plus all the yard work and helping take care of my grandson as my daughter is gong to college. Some days are good but there are other days that I don’t seem to find time for myself. I have been trying to make more time for myself but it is hard. Being able to have a wire free headphone would allow more freedom for me when I… Read more »
Currently, trying to get pregnant, and it’s a rough, rough road with lots of waiting, worrying and medicines … starting another round has me stressing like crazy! Going to try this tips 🙂 Thanks, Katie!
My biggest stress factor would be me constantly feeling guilty about not doing enough for my family and friends. I always have the feeling that I shouldn’t be doing things for myself when I could be doing them for someone else. I often always accept or agree to things I don’t have time for, because I can never say no. I have never noticed until recently how much this cycle affects my mental health. The only time I really am able to destress and let go of this is during my workouts. Thanks Katie for the reminder to wind down!
