If there’s a day that I don’t have time, could I do the circuit twice the next day and get the same results? Or does missing a day mess up the entire process? I’ve really been loving this challenge by the way. Your plans are super easy to follow and I find your emails very motivating. So Thank You Katie!!

So are we supposed to be doing the same exercises every day just adding on a new one each day? If that makes any sense. So am I supposed to be doing day 1,2,3, etc and add todays than tomorrow do 1,2,3 etc and add that days?? I’m just kind of confused

It does and yes! 21 reps per day and you add on each day 🙂
