Weekly workouts. Oh hey March! I can barely believe we're about to head into March, but it's my birthday month so bring it on!
This week I am re-starting the Hot Body Sweat Guide from week 1. I'll be doing 3 rounds of each and using a bit heavier weights. Did you see the mini workout on my story last week in Miami? I've been using 15lbs for most HBSG exercises, but remember it takes time to work up to increasing weights. That's the best part of the guide… You can do it without ANY equipment or take it next level as you get stronger and stronger!
