It's time to keep this summer party pumping with the Summer Shape Up Mixtape Vol. 2! I'm bringing you more fresh jams and some of my absolute fave throwbacks to keep you "Hip Hop Hooraying" through Labor Day!
Week 4 of the challenge is where we start feeling stronger, more energetic and confident. You'll start to see the change and maaaybe even noticing a little extra bounce in that booty??Pop that collar if those body measurements are changing!
Change takes a certain amount of challenging ourselves to push beyond limits we set. Let the start of your transformations be extra motivation to push through the rest of the series. You may even surprise yourself by totally crushing those goals you set in the beginning!
