Ok girls- I mentioned it last week, I'm teaming up with Gerolsteiner and am participating in the 5 Day Sparkling Detox Challenge!
I love that this challenge is all about getting people drinking more water! It seems obvious enough, but honestly, most people don't drink nearly as much as they should in a day. Like at all!

NUMBER 1 most important thing to have in check if you are trying to lose weight or just live a healthy lifestyle is drinking water. Don't waste your time worrying about how many pounds you think you've lost or inches you might have gained if you're not giving your body the most fundamental thing it needs to function. Going back to basics friends. Drinking plenty of water, and the right nutrition , is what it takes to make any lasting change. Health starts on the inside first!
I'm going to be doing the challenge next week so I can share how it goes, but I really want you to join in with everyone starting onSeptember 12th.
For five days, we will replace all of our drinks with Gerolsteiner Sparkling Natural Mineral Water. Don't worry …you'll still be eating healthy meals all day and can make smoothies, too! Just don't add sugary fruit juices to them…You should really never anyway

Again, the whole goal is to drink more water, nourish our bodies and feel energized. It's a great way to challenge yourself to ditch any bad liquid habits and get your hydration on! It's going to be pretty awesome to watch how small changes can have a huge impact on how you feel.
