It's Almost 2020 And Time To Refresh!

Can you even believe it's almost 2020!?

A new year, a new decade, and a new opportunity to truly live the life you've been dreaming of! Sounds pretty freaking awesome right? I know what it's like to make resolutions and watch them die by February, but that is NOT happening this year!

I am super pumped for a fun night out for New Years Eve, but I think I'm actually way more excited about starting the 5 Day Detoxon Wednesday with you all! No amount of cookies and cocktail will ever taste as good as confidence feels and I'm here for it!

It took me a long time to realize just how much I had to be proud of even before I started my fitness journey, but it's only grown over the years. I know what it feels like to wish for and want change so badly and not know exactly how to make it stick, but that's all about to change for you.
